MOST FEQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PROGRAM TO REDUCE AND HOPEFULLY ELIMINATE

ESTROGEN DOMINACE

Question:  Dr. Tindall, how long will it take before I see a change in my belly?

Answer: This may be the first question asked by both male and female patients. It may take as little as 30 days to see or feel changes in the belly.  But, a patient must first understand this program is not a diet program.  My clinical goal is to address the estrogen problem.  The patient must also understand that a belly fat problem is a side effect of estrogen dominance. This is not to say that a poor diet of eating processed foods or intake of high calories are not a contributing factor, but for the majority of people it's the estrogen dominance that allows the belly to continue to expand over the years.

Question: Dr. Tindall,  if a patient does not see a change in their belly fat within the first 30 to 60 days, does this mean the program will not work for their weight problems?

Answer:  Absolutely not, even thought this would be probably rare it just means the patient's estrogen problem is more severe than others.

Question: Dr. Tindall, what are the first things seen or felt that will support staying with the program you recommend?

Answer: Almost 100% of people who start on this treatment plan will see improvements in health related conditions and diseases caused by estrogen dominance somewhere between 2 weeks and 4 weeks, including a softening of the abdominal region.

Question:  Dr. Tindall, when can a person expect to see their stomach region to start going flat again?

Answer: Once your estrogen dominance is under control, you are on your way. This will indicate that you're not releasing or storing large amounts of estrogen in your fat cells anymore. Therefore, a person's fat cells will begin to shrink and the patient can then concentrate on the stored excess fat and sugars stored in their fat cells to further reduce the size of the fat cells in the entire body.

Question:  Dr. Tindall, you said shrink fat cells, don't you mean eliminate fat cells?

Answer: No, the fat cells in your body are yours genetically since you were young and will be there forever. But, you have the opportunity to shrink them back to more of their original size.

Question: Dr. Tindall, when can someone start a weight loss program?

Answer: It will not do you any good to start a diet for at least three months. It will take that long until you really start to get the estrogen problem under control. You should know by now that diets and exercise only works for awhile.  Once you see and feel your estrogen levels, colon is clean and belly fat has reduced considerably, then and only then will dieting work for a more permanent solution. All those weight loss programs work for a short term ego boost, but once you get off their programs you see all your work, starving and eating card board foods start to fade away within a month or two and your back to you're old weight problems again and again.

Remember, to do this right and finally be happy with the way your body is shaped, plus be healthier it will take patience and more patience. But, it will be worth it. There is no magic pill or diet regime including exercise that will work for the long term. So, doesn't it make sense that estrogen is the real enemy for both men and women?
