Why eating less calories everyday won't help you lose weight permanently
How much does it cost? Well, it will cost less then $1.80 a serving. Where else can you get a meal with all these certified organically grown fruits and vegetables, with the added benefit of losing weight in the process? You can't. Truth be known, you will save on your monthly food bills as a bonus.
Once you reach your ideal healthy weight, take the professional formulated drink for your breakfast everyday to help you in getting the essential nutritional properties of 10 (all colors) fruits and vegetables in your daily Diet, plus only taking in 50 calories .
PERSONAL NOTE: My wife recommends using 2 ice cubes in the juice drink and shake it till they are dissolved to make them real cold, I must admit it does taste pretty good that way. I personally like adding a teaspoon of honey (22 calories) in my 6oz. drink. Sweet tooth, I guess? Also more water than 6oz's makes the juice drink to diluted for my taste. For the Ladies, Jun also says, "after you dissolve the ingredients in the water, put it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes for a great tasting slush drink".
In the beginning you may get those "hunger rumbles", to help you through those times, just drink water and it should pass. Besides, you know you should drink water everyday. No!!!! Tea, soda or coffees don't count. Why? They are diuretics (moves water out of your body) and they cause you to actually be even more dehydrated than you were, before you drank them. Many times when you think you're hungry, your body is dehydrated and makes you think you're hungry, when in truth you are just thirsty. Diet drinks are the worse; did you know they have more caffeine then regular soda pop? Did you also know they actually increase your appetite?

A PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION
I'm only recommending the following company, because it will be hard to give up soda pop or you may just not be willing to do that. So, I recommend this company's unit, I personally purchased one for my family. Think of it; it is healthier and you get no or little calories or sugar, no artificial or chemical additives with the bonus of saving a lot of money doing it this way in the long run.
Please note: I do not recommend any of their drink mix's or any of their regular flavoring mix. Why? Because of the Splenda that is added to the mixers.

For those rare situations, if you are having what I call a "food addiction response" and the water is not helping, have an additional NanoGreens juice drink. How can you tell if you have Drank ENOUGH WATER EACH DAY?
Ignore your first urination of the day, but if you notice that your urine is yellow after that time it means you need more water. Of course, if you are eating vegetables high in B-complex vitamins or taking a B-complex supplement this can also account for a yellow color of urine.
If you reduce your calories every day to reach your weight goal, which is the right thing to do, you will still lose the weight race, Why? Because you have been trying that your whole life and you know it never gave you any lasting results.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
We Americans eat our meals backwards. Let me explain, we eat a salad first, which really should be the last thing you eat at a meal. Why? Putting roughage upfront of the main course instead of using it to move the meal thru the digestive system is crazy. Eating a desert at the end of a meal is just as crazy. Sugar speeds your metabolism up, if you eat it first instead of last, your main part of your meal will be used better within your system. But, what most people do is make sugar the last thing, which drives your insulin levels off the charts and makes you want to take a nap after a meal.
Why Don't The French Get Fat?

This so-called “French paradox redux” that allows French people to eat all the
“forbidden” foods and stay thin while Americans get fatter has been demystified
by a new Cornell study.
Researchers found that while the French use internal cues -- such as no longer
feeling hungry -- to stop eating, Americans use external cues -- such as whether
their plate is empty, whether their beverage has run out and whether their TV
program is over.
The study, which analyzed questionnaires from 133 Parisians and 145 Chicagoans,
also found that the heavier a person is, the more they rely on external cues to
tell them to stop eating, and the less they rely on whether they feel full.
Over time, the researchers concluded, instead of relying on external cues, using
your body’s internal cues to tell you when to stop eating may improve your
eating patterns.
